- 1 tbsp almond flour (or normal flour)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or plain yoghurt)
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Optional Add-in:
- Dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a small baking dish or loaf tin.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth and thick.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into the tin and level the top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes.
